Most of people when they come to Bangkok would like to rent house, I mean a real house not an apartment. The problem is a house for rent is quite hard to find or quite far from BTS, Main Street. So that's why most of Expat loves to rent condo close to BTS more than house. Anyway house for rent in Sukhumvit is still possible but it might expensive. It's up to how nice it is or how far from main Sukhumvit or Main Street.
